2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 226 of 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent. It is next submitted that the petitioners were on police bail during the period of investigation but the police in a mechanical manner submitted chargesheet. It is further submitted that this Court in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh v. The State of Bihar,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51811 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 reported in 2004(3) PLJR 491, Sheo Chandra Singh v. State of Bihar, reported in 2007 (4) BBCJ 66 and in Jag Narayan Yadav & Ors. v. the State of Bihar, reported in 2010 (2) PLJR 684 has very clearly laid the law as to what steps have to be taken by the learned trial court with respect to an accused who is on police bail and after investigation chargesheet has been submitted.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the anticipatory bail application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to surrender before the learned trial court on or before 01.09.2025, in the event if the petitioners surrender on or before 01.09.2025, in that event the learned trial court shall on the same dispose of the application, keeping in mind the law enunciated by this Court as recorded hereinabove.
