The sole petitioner, who is named accused, against whom there is allegation of firing, has approached this Court, invoking its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with a prayer to quash an order dated 21.09.2013 passed in Sessions Trial No.319/2012 arising out of Bidupur P.S. Case no.292 of 2010 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. A plea of alibi has been taken on behalf of the petitioner. In the F.I.R. itself, there is specific accusation. The petition stands dismissed.
While dismissing the present petition, it is desirable
