Petitioner seeks bail in Kanti Police Station Case No 500 of 2018 registered under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-b)A, 26/35 of Arms Act. Petitioner and others were apprehended from a place on the allegation that they were preparing to commit cognizable offence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the possession of the petitioner, no arms and ammunition were recovered. One Samsung mobile phone is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 21.08.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72275 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in Kanti Police Station Case No 500 of 2018.
