1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of writ or writs in the nature of mandamus commanding/ directing the official respondents to pay the ACP, difference of salary after calculation of 6th pay revision with interest @ 18% per annum from its due date till its realization.

And further Petitioner is entitled to get all the benefits in light of order dated 05-

Patna High Court CWJC No.18865 of 2021(2) dt.06-03-2024 2/2 04-18 passed in CWJC No- 9652 of 2017(Bihar Rajay Zila Parishad Karmachari Mahasangh Versus The State of Bihar & Others) by a coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court, as Petitioner superannuated from the post of Steno- Cum- Typist (LDC) on 31-072013 from Jila Parishad, Sitamarhi without any adverse remarks on his career."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
