State.

Petitioner is an accused in a case under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code. He is not only the assailant of the deceased but also inflicted blow to the other son of the informant.

In the circumstances, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 101/14, arising out of Garkha P.S. Case No. 200/2013. His prayer for bail is, accordingly, rejected. (V.N.Sinha, J.) P.K.P.
