The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 118 of 2019 registered under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of enticing away the daughter of the informant by Raju Ravidas with the help of petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to love affairs in between the daughter of the informant and son of the petitioners, daughter of the informant left her house with the son of the petitioner according to her own sweet will but

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50920 of 2019(2) dt.16-08-2019 2/2 with ulterior motive, petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case as they are father and mother of co-accused, Raju Ravidas.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Nawada, in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 118 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
