No doubt, petitioner carries chequered criminal history about forty cases but admittedly, petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been made accused in this case on the basis of his confessional statement, which was recorded in connection with another case and except the aforesaid confessional statement there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub
