The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 6534 of 2000, which stood dismissed on 23-07-2015, due to non-prosecution. This petition was dismissed alongwith other connected writ petitions on similar ground. In view of ground taken in the petition, same is allowed.
