The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.98 of 2016 registered under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Aditya Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Muzaffarpur.

The accusation is that the petitioner joined the service on the post of Block Teacher by furnishing the Mark-sheet of Madhyama in the year 2007 but, on inquiry, the same was found forged.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31443 of 2016 (3) dt.26-08-2016 2/2 case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail which shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
