The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.287 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

15 liters of toddy is said to have been recovered from a hut alleged to be owned by the petitioner and for that, the petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge III-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Samastipur in connection with Excise Case No.287 of 2018.
