====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in G.R.P.S Case No. 331 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that five bottles of Royal Challenge Whisky each containing 750 ml. has been recovered from petitioner No. 1. It is further alleged that 19 bottles of Royal Challenge Whisky each containing 750 ml. has been recovered from possession of petitioner No. 2. Petitioners are said to be in custody since 20.9.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70405 of 2018(2) dt.29-11-2018 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with G.R.P.S Case No. 331 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners.
