JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that enquiry was made by the Circle Officer, Begusarai whereupon it has transpired that both the parties are claiming right, title and interest over the property in question, thus the dispute can only be resolved in case the parties approach the competent civil court having appropriate jurisdiction.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks disposal of the present petition.
