The petitioner seeks bail in Rajgir P.S. Case No. 33 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 364 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

It is alleged in the written report that Sajan Kumar called the son of the informant namely, Vikash Kumar on phone that he along with Devraj @ Hari Don is coming to his house as they have to install CC TV Camera at Rajgir Bus Stand. Thereafter, Sajan Kumar along with Devraj came to the house of the informant and son of the informant went with them for installing CC TV camera, but he did not return. The

Petitioner is in custody since 8.4.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 33 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
