2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 06.02.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19843/2015 has not been complied.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific direction was given to the respondent to pass reasoned and speaking order within six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation before him and assure the payment of
Patna High Court MJC No.2228 of 2023(4) dt.06-09-2024 2/2 admissible dues to the petitioner within four weeks thereafter.
4. Counsel for the State in response thereof submits that a reasoned and speaking order has been passed vide memo No. 1534 dated 24.03.2023 which is annexed as Annexure-I.
5. In this view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed off granted liberty to the petitioner to assail the order before the appropriate authority.
