This Court, vide order dated 16.07.2014 passed in M.J.C. No. 6463 of 2013 and order dated 22.03.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18052 of 2012, given direction for early conclusion of the proceeding.
Learned counsel for the State submits that departmental proceeding has been completed as well as the order of punishment has also been served upon the petitioner.
