Report of the trial court dated 22.11.2019, called for by this Court vide order dated 6.11.2019, reflects that in spite of issuance of summons against the prosecution witnesses, they did not turn up, thereafter, bailable warrant of arrest has been issued for ensuring attendance of the non-official witnesses on the next date, i.e., 29.11.2019.

In view of the report as above, prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.

As the petitioner is in custody since 14.6.2018, let the trial be concluded within a year, failing which the petitioner will have the liberty to renew the prayer for bail. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Shashi U T
