JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT & ORDER Date: 05-01-2018 Counter affidavit is being filed on behalf of the District Programme Officer (Estab.), Patna (respondent No. 4) from which it appears that the District Administration has already been taken action against the alleged financial embezzlement in the school in question. Let the said counter affidavit be kept on record.

2. In view of what has been stated in the counter

Patna High Court CWJC No.4994 of 2017 dt.05-01-2018 2/2 affidavit, no further order requires to be passed in the present writ application.

3. The petitioner has a grievance that the Incharge Principal of the school, who was transferred on the charge of embezzlement of the school fund, was earlier transferred from the school, but has again been posted in the same school. In course of hearing, it has transpired that the In-charge teacher of the school has been again posted in the same school, under certain orders passed by the Tribunal. If the petitioner has any grievance against continuation of the In-charge teacher of the said school, he shall have the liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
