By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 22.7.2013 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa whereby cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order
