JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is permitted to file a representation before the respondent no. 2 regarding non grant of the benefit of ACP and the respondent no. 2 be directed to dispose of the said representation within a specified time frame. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation regarding his grievances before the respondent no. 2 within two weeks from today and the respondent no. 2 is directed to dispose of the said representation within a period of four weeks thereafter.

In case any consequential benefit is found payable, the same shall be paid within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of the said order.
