1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners after some argument seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner no.7, namely, Sunil Kumar
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54617 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/3 @ Sunil Mandal @ Lalatu Mandal @ Laddu Mandal.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.S.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 to 6 are persons with clean antecedent and the accused persons came variously armed and Sunil along with Bindeshwari assaulted the informant's brother-in-law causing injury on head, thereafter all the accused persons assaulted Sitabi Mandal causing injury and Bindeshwari Mandal assaulted the informant by lathi and bamboo and Akhilesh pulled saree of the informant and snatched Rs.10000/-.
6. Learned counsel submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that on account of dispute relating to land, an altercation had taken place in which both side assaulted each other and the allegation of assault against the petitioners is not specific.
7. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
8. Considering the submissions made by the learned

No.54617 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 3/3 counsel for the petitioners, the petitioner no.1 to 6, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No.227/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
