The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014 registered under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that whole thrust of allegation of kidnapping the daughter of informant against Rajive Kumar and Baiju Kumar. Only allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner is father of Baiju Kumar.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jitendra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hilsa, District-Nalanda, in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014. m.p.
