The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 498(A), 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that his daughter was married with Navin Yadav, the son of the petitioner, but the petitioner and his son were demanding buffalo and furniture. The informant further alleged that his daughter is missing. It is submitted that the informant took his daughter to his house on the occasion of marriage of his another daughter and alleged that his daughter was missing. The petitioner has no manner of concern with the family affairs of Navin Yadav and his wife. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the victim, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned
