Heard both sides.

The petitioner Ram Pravesh Yadas apprehends his arrest in Sone Nagar Rail P.S. Case No. 4/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Sri Durgesh Nandan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. One U.D. case was registered. The dead body of the deceased was found far away from the house of the petitioner.

No.37051 of 2015 (5) dt.17-12-2015 From perusal of the FIR itself, it appears that the daughter of the informant was married with Vinay Yadav, the son of the petitioner Ram Pravesh Yadav in the month of May, 2014. The informant alleged that the petitioner and other family members including husband of the deceased were subjecting her torture due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The brother of the deceased had gone to take his sister, but the petitioner and other accused persons did not allow the deceased to go to her Naihar along with her brother and ultimately the victim was done to death. Her dead body was found in a lonely place far-away (about 8KM) from the house of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner Ram Pravesh Yadav above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi U T
