The petitioner seeks regular bail in Amour P.S. Case No. 110/2018 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 338/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 427, 307, 452, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner along with Rajabul assaulted father and brother of the informant with iron rod on the head. It is also alleged that sister of the informant was also assaulted by this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that Injury report has been enclosed which shows that injuries of all these persons are simple in nature except one injury sustained by Nazra sister of the informant which was found to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74347 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 grievous. Co-accused Rajabul has already granted bail by this court vide order dated 25.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53671/2018. Petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge 5th, Purnea in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 110/2018 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 338/2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relative of petitioner.
