Petitioner seeks bail in Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.694 of 2018, registered under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 8 of the POCSO Act as well as under Section 66(E) of the I.T. Act.
The mother of the victim made allegation that the petitioner was coming to her house to impart tuition to her daughter but the petitioner sexually harassed the daughter of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that of course the petitioner used to come to the house of the informant for imparting tuition but some love affairs developed and the petitioner did not commit sexual act with the victim. There is

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for last four months, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, (POCSO), Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S.
