2. The petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2016 in connection with Dehri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 379, 342, 387 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as there was a land dispute between the parties.

4. Considering that the petitioner is said to have assaulted Kanhaiya Prasad Soni on the head with farsa, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
