Petitioner seeks bail in Singhia P.S. Case No.109 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 41(1) and 41(2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that total 25.200 ML foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69047 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge VI cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Samastipur, in connection with Singhia P.S.
