2. There is consensus at the Bar that against the impugned order there is provision of appeal before the Hon'ble Chancellor and without availing the said efficacious remedy, the petitioner has approached this Court.
3. In such view of the matter, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file an appeal in
Patna High Court CWJC No.12111 of 2024(2) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 the office of the Hon'ble Chancellor within a period of two weeks and the office of the Hon'ble Chancellor is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of three months.
