JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-11-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned. The petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to the respondents, to allow her clear the 3rd semester examination of Computer Science and Engineering, which, despite having appeared six times, could not be cleared.

The petitioner was admitted in Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering course and it is evident from the pleadings on record that she was allowed to clear the papers six times, but in vain.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2495 of 2017(2) dt.29-11-2017 2/2 Learned Counsel for the petitioner has not been able to draw my attention to any provision under which the petitioner could be granted such relief.

It seems, on the basis of pleadings on record, that the petitioner is one amongst those, who have been declared to be not fit for technology education.

I do not find any merit in this application. This application is accordingly dismissed.
