Petitioner seeks bail in Patna Junction P.S. Case No.364 of 2018, registered under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

25 liters of liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 12.10.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Patna Junction P.S.
