The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Town P.Scase No.568 of 2018 G.R.No.3966 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 50 ltrs. of liquor from the courtyard of thepetitioner.. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for two months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73417 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge IInd cum Special Judge Excise, Begusarai in connection with Town P.S.Case No.568 of 2018 G.R.No.3966 of 2018.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
