The grievance of the petitioner is only confined to expeditious disposal of his application preferred before the respondent No.6 requesting him to demarcate the land of the petitioner on account of the written representation dated 25.01.2020 submitted before the respondent No.6 through physical mode as well as speed post. The particulars of the land

Patna High Court CWJC No.11976 of 2024(2) dt.12-08-2024 2/2 in question has been duly mentioned in Paragraph-1A to the writ petition.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner contended that for the measurement of the land the requisite fee has also been deposited, the copy of which is also marked as Annexure-P/2A. Despite the deposition of fee way back on 25.01.2020, till date the land of the petitioner has not been measured/demarcated and the concerned respondent is sitting tight over the matter.

4. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.6 to take up the application/representation of the petitioner dated 25.01.2020 and bring it to its original conclusion preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
