The petitioner is accused along with the Branch Manager of Central Co-operative Bank, Branch Pakri Dayal, East Champaran in Dhaka P.S. Case No.189 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 409, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

After some argument, Sri Yogendra Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to the Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail The application is permitted to be withdrawn with
