The petitioner has been arrested in connection with S.C. Case No. 629 of 2014 (arising out of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 105 of 2014) registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 25(1-AA), 26(i)(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 24.03.2014 and he has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, Vth, Munger, in connection with Sessions Case No. 629 of 2014 arising out of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 105 of 2014.
