This application has been filed for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Gaya Kotwali P.S. Case No. 377/2013 for the offences under Section 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.

After some argument, in the light of order passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 487/2014 dated 04.08.2014, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to seek appropriate remedy before the Court of Session as having original jurisdiction without being prejudice of instant withdrawal.

Accordingly, this application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
