2. Petitioner is accused in a case registered for the offences under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code. He is said to have assaulted the informant with iron rod and has caused grievous injury on his forehead. However, considering his jail custody for more than eight months, petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 192/14.
