Informant, Ravikant had identified Rajesh Singh, Rajnish Singh, his co-villagers, who along with two others made indiscriminate firing over his brother Manoj Kumar Singh @ Manoj Chaddha, who died in a way to hospital. From the order impugned, it is evident that petitioner's name transpired on the basis of inculpatory extrajudicial confessional statement of co-accused Shankar Rai @ Shankar Yadav, Santosh Kumar @ Sanju, who had already been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos.33414 of 2014, 3502 of 2014. Accordingly, petitioner Sipul Kumar @ Sipul Mahto is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47753 of 2014 (02) dt.03-03-2015 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Koilwar P. S. Case no.60 of 2013.
