The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 172A of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under different Sections of the Arms Act.

According to the prosecution case the police raided the house of the petitioner, but petitioner was not apprehended. One person namely Manoj Gupta was fleeing away from the house of the petitioner and from his possession different arms and ammunitions were recovered. Manoj Gupta had already been enlarged on bail vide order passed on 03.01.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 50429 of 2013. The petitioner is in jail since 06.06.2014. It appears that nothing has been recovered either from the possession of the petitioner or the house of the petitioner.

No.47324 of 2014 (6) dt.07-04-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 172A of 2013.
