Mr.A.G ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 10-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioners that both the petitioners stabbed the informant, as a result of which, he received injuries on his shoulder and below the chest.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63717 of 2021(3) dt.10-08-2022 2/3 petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is counter version of the occurrence also and petitioners' side also received injuries. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners and submitted that there is specific allegation against the petitioners that they stabbed the informant. The injury report of the informant also corroborates the prosecution version.

Considering the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioners to have stabbed the informant and the injury report corroborates the prosecution version, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The petitioners are directed to surrender before learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today and pray for regular bail. The learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63717 of 2021(3) dt.10-08-2022 3/3 may consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
