Petitioner seeks bail in NDPS Case No.51 of 2018 arising out of Motihari Town P.S. Case No.608 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402, 120-B, 414 Indian Penal Code, 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 16, 20, 22, 23 of the NDPS Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that only mobile has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74499 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, NDPS Act, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No.608 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
