The petitioner seeks bail in Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.437 of 2018 registered under Sections 419, 420, 468, 469, 471, 472 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The gist of the allegation is that the petitioner was an applicant for appointment on the post of S.I. in police service but it transpired that the petitioner set up another candidate to appear on her place in the prelim and mains exam. On account of photograph and document of prelim and mains exam, it transpired that petitioner did not appear in the prelim and mains examination.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady and she is in jail since 29.09.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73803 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned A.C.J.M. XIV, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.437 of 2018.
