The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Protest-cum-Complaint Case No. 2404 of 2020 (Trial No. 1595/2020) registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are involved in the business of impersonation. They have impersonated and sold land after death of the land owner.

These kinds of crime are being committed regularly in the district of Muzaffarpur.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63972 of 2021(2) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 Considering the above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

Petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below within two weeks from today. If the petitioners do not surrender within two weeks, Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur shall take all steps for arrest of the petitioners. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur for its compliance through FAX as well as e-mail forthwith.
