2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 387, 120B, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 67, 67(C) of the Information Technology Act.
3. According to F.I.R., son of the petitioner is alleged to have sent obscene photos and messages on the mobile phones of the informant and her family members.
4. It is submitted that specific accusation of sending obscene photos and messages is against co-accused Gauri Shankar and petitioner has been made accused in the present case merely because he is father of the said co-accused. Petitioner is a 59 year old man and claims clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P. S. Case No. 158 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
