2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, registered in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 98 of 2024.
3. As per prosecution case, there has been recovery of 70 liters of liquor from a motorcycle, which was being driven by petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery of liquor. No incriminating article has been

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.
6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 98 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
