The petitioner seeks bail in Sahiyara P. S. Case No. 72 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act .

It is alleged that one loaded country made pistol and mobile phone with nepali sim cards have been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 17.7.2015. It is mentioned in the para 3 of the bail petition that petitioner is accused in other cases .

Keeping in view the period of custody already spent by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75760 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the F.T.C II, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sahiyara P. S. Case No. 72 of 2015. S. Tr. no. 377/17 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. The petitioner will file affidavit at the time of filing bail bond that he would not indulge himself in such type of activities in future. If he is found indulged in such type of activities, his bail bond in instant case will liable to be cancelled.
