ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No.194/14 for the offence under Section 304(B), 201/34 of the I.P.C.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased lady who had repeatedly made demand of dowry. The informant has alleged that despite the fact that on several occasions the petitioner along with other accused persons had met the demand of dowry they raised another demand of Rs.50,000/- only and the girl side was unable to meet their demand as a result of which she was done to death.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased lady who was responsible to take care of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46596 of 2014 (3) dt.16-02-2015 2/2 her life, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
