Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 3.5.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16993 of 2019. There is allegation against the petitioner of kidnapping and having sexual intercourse with the victim.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that now goodwill has been restored between the parties and a compromise petition has been filed before the learned court below. .

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both , and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, and as earlier on merit the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55806 of 2019(4) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 prayer for anticipatory bail has been rejected, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, if the petitioner surrenders and pray for regular bail, the learned trial court shall consider the above submission , while prayer for bail . With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
