No. 2 and Mr. Suresh Prasad Singh, learned APP for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dholbajja P.S. Case No. 30 of 2025 dated 07.04.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 96 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner is a teenage boy and a neighbour of the informant, who has been languishing in jail since 12.04.2025 despite having fair and clean antecedent. It is further

No. 2. and this fact stands duly supported by the statement of the so-called victim recorded before the learned Judicial Magistrate.

4. Learned counsel appearing for O.P. No. 2 has not opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and fairly accepts that there is simply a love affair between the petitioner and the daughter of O.P. No. 2.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, and mainly the petitioner's fair and clean antecedents, his young age, coupled with the fact that the victim's statement recorded before the Judicial Magistrate does not support the prosecution case, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Dholbajja P.S. Case No. 30 of 2025.
