2. Counsel appearing for the State submits that during the pendency of the writ application the impugned order was cancelled by the Block Education Officer, Asthawan, Nalanda (respondent no.5) and, as such, the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the follow up order of cancellation has not reached the petitioner and, as such, he submits that appropriate direction may be issued to the respondents for appropriate follow up order in terms of the decision of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1384 of 2017 dt.01-12-2017 2/2 respondent no. 5 contained in Memo no. 292 dated 03.05.2017.

4. In view of the stand of the State counsel that the impugned order has already been cancelled, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Block Education Officer, Asthawan, Nalanda (respondent no.5) who shall be under obligation to act in accordance with his own decision contained in Memo no. 292 dated 03.05.2017 and pass appropriate order regarding restoration of the position of the petitioner preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid, this application stands disposed of.
