2. The opposite party no. 2, the husband, was granted conditional bail vide order dated 17.09.2021 by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 5129 of 2021. While giving bail to the O.P. No. 2, this Court had permitted him to surrender before the court below when the court below would facilitate talks of settlement between the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53543 of 2022(7) dt.08-09-2023 2/2 spouses.

3. It appears that the parties could not become ad idem on the issue of restoration of matrimonial life.

4. It is the case of O.P. No. 2 that he had offered Rs. 10 lakhs as a one-time amicable settlement and for parting of ways. The aforenoted proposal was not accepted by the petitioner/the wife.

5. Under such circumstances, this Court does not consider it to be a case for recall or cancellation of the order passed by this Court.

6. The petition for cancellation of bail of O.P. No. 2 is dismissed.

7. It would be open for the wife/petitioner to contest the case on merits before the court below. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
